EVENT INFO:
Date: Thursday September 17th, 2026
Venue: Fairmont Chateau Whistler
Players arrive from: 11:00am
Shotgun start: 12:30pm
End of tournament prizing: 6:00pm (ish), when all players return to the clubhouse.
**If your company is also sponsoring a hole, The Chateau will reach out to you directly to coordinate your set-up times**
50/50 & Prize Raffle:
We have some wonderful prizes coming in!
Please bring cash to participate.
50/50: 1 ticket = $5, 5 tickets = $20, Arm’s length of tickets = $50 | Prize Raffle: 5 tickets = $50
Parking:
We encourage people to carpool where possible. You may drop off your clubs at the clubhouse, but then please continue to the Fairmont for complimentary parking and shuttle to the course. There is no parking at the clubhouse.
Do you need rental clubs or balls?
The Fairmont Chateau has been kind enough to offer a discount on club rentals at $65.00 per person, Please email Lea@gccltd.ca regarding club rentals.
Our friends at Lordco are placing a sleeve of balls in the carts for each player.
Food & Drink:
We have some wonderful sponsors providing us with food and drink options this year!
You will receive 2 complimentary drink tickets on arrival to enjoy at the clubhouse (or on course) while we mingle at the beginning of the day. Whistler Personnel will also be at the clubhouse providing iced coffees. Howe Sound Sheet Metal have sponsored a drink in each cart for each of our players too!
Also in your cart, you will find a voucher for a hot dog/sandwich to redeem at the Bear House (on course) from Gavan Construction, and Appliance Canada will have a BBQ set up on their hole.
Back at the clubhouse at the end of the day, we will have some chicken wings/snacks while we enjoy the prizing (and beer pong championship finals!)
Please note you are NOT allowed to bring your own alcoholic drinks onto the course.
