This Sunridge Plateau renovation focused on improving layout, usability, and indoor–outdoor connection. The project includes a rebuilt, oversized deck designed to support year-round use, with integrated space for an outdoor fire feature and gatherings.
 

Interior updates include a reworked kitchen with increased capacity and durable, high-end finishes selected for frequent use. Bedroom glazing was adjusted to improve sightlines and natural light, creating a stronger connection to the private backyard. Throughout the renovation, the work prioritized function, comfort, and long-term performance.
